'The location was great, size was perfect, everything I could expect and more. The view was amazing. Bed slept well for my back issues. Had plenty of hot water when needed. Parking was at the front door so didn’t have to haul luggage very far. Neighbor was very friendly and informative about the area. Realtor answered all questions prior to arrival. I would definitely stay here again and have suggested this to others who may want to vacation in the Crossnore area.'

Also was close to Blue Ridge Parkway when we decided to venture out further. Bed was comfy, loved that there was an ice maker and the place was so clean.'

'We had a nice stay. The house is beautiful in a beautiful location. The view and deck is gorgeous. We were a bit disappointed that there was a coffee maker with no pot so we couldn’t make coffee. I would have loved to sit on the deck with a cup of coffee in the morning. The ice maker didn’t work so we had no ice. Dishwasher was broken so we hand washed the dishes which was fine but if the dishwasher is broken it would be nice if there was more than one dish towel and some type of dish rack. The...

'My wife, our adult son, and our cocker spaniel stayed here over a weekend. We had an event in Blowing Rock on Saturday and it was super convenient to get in town or to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. The Food Lion was minutes away, but we felt like we were in the mountains. It was a bit cold, but we used the outdoor grill and would have enjoyed sitting on the porch during warmer weather. Plenty of seating, a great kitchen table for board games...

'The house was great open space so we could all enjoy our time together. I loved sitting on the front porch in the morning drinking coffee. Very close to everything. The only thing was the floor s needed to be cleaned and some dusting. But the beds were clean and so were the bathrooms. Yes I would stay there again.'

'We had a great time at the treehouse! There was more than enough room for my family of 5. We all had so much fun. Beautiful view. The only thing that i could say is. There wasnt enough curtains to cover all the windows. They had a sign that said leave door locked for bears (paraphrasing) and my kids were terrified at night. They were worried about bears looking the windows. LOL but thats how kids are. Also, my 4 year old came to the mountains dying to see Bigfoot. And they had Bigfoots height...

'We have stayed here several times while waiting for our forever home (not far away) to be built. The cabin is consistently clean, comfortable & quiet. We bring our own wood for the fire pit & relax in the hot tub. Clean robes, plenty of towels, most everything you need. Could stand for more/better coffee cups—we only found 2 this time that were questionable, so people have probably been taking or breaking them. :( Always enjoy our stay!'

'This was a wonderful place to stay during our vacation. The cabin was very comfortable and we especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces around the cabin. The kitchen was well stocked so cooking was easy. Great, location, too! The cabin is in a quiet, rural setting and it was an easy drive to nearby attractions, as well. We would return in a heartbeat!'
