'The sliding door handle was broken off. The wall where the electric socket is soft abd the maintenance man said it needed to be replaced. They did come out and fix it.'

The dock was perfect and outdoor seating area had a great view of the water. The property has a great boat ramp making it very convenient. Overall 5 stars!'

'We had a wonderful stay at this charming home on Cudjoe Key! The location is perfect, quiet, peaceful, and just a short drive to groceries/gas everything we needed. The house itself was clean, with a bright, airy feel that immediately made us feel at home.The outdoor space was the highlight; great for morning coffee, pool in the afternoon returning from our days fishing, and perfect evening relaxation. The kitchen was a great size, and we loved being able to cook fresh catches from the day....

'We love Venture Out and have stayed in an identical house prior, so when this came up as available for our trip, we snagged it right away. The location is perfect, especially if you have a boat. The house is well appointed with everything you could need for a great vacation. The beds are comfortable, lots of towels for both showering and the boat, and the view is spectacular. We also loved the option to rent the golf cart! Great house and and another amazing family vacation!'

'Prior to booking I did read reviews and they were mixed. I figured the AC issue I read a lot about would have been resolved by now. The AC works in the living room area the best. There are 3 commercial blowers plugged in to help move the air. The bunk room stayed pretty warm. You will need to leave the master bedroom door open for optimal cooling. It's an older boat, it was clean for the most part except the helm had a fair amount of little curled poo from an animal??? Or it was a bunch of dried...
