Het beroemde Doc's Beach House!

Deze 3 slaapkamers, 3. 5 bad, 2700 vierkante voet naar huis is aan de overkant van de straat van het strand op Sullivan's Island! En ligt op slechts een paar minuten afstand van het hart van Sullivan's Island, vlak bij alle beroemde, lokale restaurants, winkels, het graafschapspark en meer!

Bij binnenkomst van de voordeur loopt u de trap op - alles bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping! De master suite heeft een kingsize bed met een nieuwe flatscreen-tv en biedt een geweldig uitzicht op de oceaan; de Private Master Bath heeft een jacuzzi! Dit huis is voorzien van hardhouten vloeren, een afgeschermde veranda met een prachtig uitzicht, een volledig uitgeruste / gerenoveerde keuken, draadloos internet, gasgrill en wasruimte. Er zijn twee aparte woonkamers, beide met tv, dvd-speler en queensize slaapbank. Absoluut niet roken.
Bedlay-out is als volgt:
Slaapkamer met kingsize bed, tv, uitzicht op de oceaan en een eigen badkamer met jacuzzi.
Slaapkamer # 2 met queensize bed en een eigen badkamer.
Slaapkamer # 3 met 2 eenpersoonsbedden en eigen badkamer.
Half bad in de hal.
2 aparte woonkamers met elk een queensize slaapbank.

Wanneer u deze woning boekt, bevat deze ook een tegoed van $ 250 om strandspullen te bestellen !! Er zijn veel opties, waaronder fietsen, strandstoelen, parasols, kajaks, paddleboards, etc.! Ons partnerbedrijf, VayK Gear, neemt 45 dagen voor uw aankomst contact met u op zodat u uw bestelling kunt plaatsen en ze alle apparatuur aan uw huurwoning zullen leveren. Very nice beach house at laid back Sullivan’s Island

This is a spacious beach house. Photos are accurate, but a new house is under construction across the street and the ocean view will be impaired. I’m sure the owner is disappointed. But the beach is a short walk away and the house is comfortable and well located. We had a nice stay and enjoyed easy access to restaurants in Mount Pleasant, CHS, and Sullivan’s Island. We have visited this area for many years and find SI to be unique and charming.

Loved it so much we returned the next year

Beautiful and spacious home with plentiful ocean views! The home is impeccably clean and well-stocked to meet all your family’s needs with beach access across the street. Sullivan’s Island is laid back, residential, and unspoiled with Mt. Pleasant, IOP, and Charleston close enough for those seeking adventure. We loved the home so much last year that we rented it again this year!

Doc’s house was perfect for our group. It’s directly across from the beach access and on a corner lot. House was larger than expected. Check in process was fairly smooth. Would certainly stay here again and recommend to anyone!

The location is clearly what you’re paying for. It is very dated and in need of new sofa (many stains) and carpeting master bedroom is pretty disgusting. It’s decorated w/this and that. Pretty cheaply done. Overall bc of the location, it was a win.

The location of the house was great . But the house was a little run down and the kitchen was un organized in terms of the plates , cups … the toaster didn’t work the ice maker did it work etc….

Easy beach access

I picked this house because it was the right size for my family and had super easy access to the beach. I was very satisfied. Unexpectedly, the company that managed the property (Carroll Realty) was also very well organized and made everything easy and clear.

We were staying at Sullivans Island for our Daughter’s wedding at GoldBug Island- location was fantastic- they lived in Mt. Pleasant - so needing to be close to all 3 spots was perfect- Communication was exceptional-Hope to stay again in the future- the only thing missing was a pool- Fantastic rental!

We absolutely LOVED this rental!! It was steps from the beach and very clean!! It is very accommodating and the ocean view is wonderful from front porch. We loved hearing the ocean sounds as we sat. Would love to stay here again!

Sullivan’s Island Doc house

Everything was fine BUT the mattresses are awful. My grandson had to take the very thin mattress off the pull out couch and sleep on the floor for a week. There were not enough kitchen towels either. The kitchen sink faucet is on a sensor and no one told us so it took back and forth with management company to figure it out. For the $ we paid better mattresses and a note on the fridge about the sink and another kitchen towel would have been nice. Location and size of the house were perfect.

We stayed in this house last year and loved the location. When we were booking this year we saw that there had been loads of updates done to the house, so we booked again. Everything was perfect!! Can’t wait to come and stay as much as we can!

Great location, very dated.

The location was fantastic for the price. However the outside of the property was so overgrown it was difficult to even use the outdoor shower. Inside was ok. Furniture looked very dirty, very dated. The master bath was updated nicely, but the other bathrooms weren’t to great. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Great Property and Location

We were two families totaling ten staying at the property. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we all were very comfortable! The kitchen is very well stocked--we were worried, but it well exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable and the patio was great for a relaxing morning (afternoon....evening...). The area was very quiet and it was a short walk to the beach! Wifi was perfect and communications were great. I highly recommend, and we would come back if/when we are back in the area!

Location was great. Across from the ocean and the beach access. The kitchen is fully equipped. The common areas a spacious. It has two living rooms. It has a funny smell but we opened all the doors and turned on all the fans to let the air go thru and it worked. But nothing that you cannot live with. the beds were comfortable. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The screen porch was great. Plenty of parking space. We will come back.

All that was promised was there and more! We would recommend this home to anyone with children, perfect layout for large families, short walk to the beach and views of the ocean from the screened in porch. We look forward to next summer and will try to stay here again!

House was very nice and adequate for our family.

There was beach access right across the street but when tide was up, no beach. Not a problem as there was another access point a short walk up the street. Very clean and had everything a large family needs. Had to do some digging to find the remote for the TV in the main room, but otherwise no issues at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
