'Nice Hotel with nearby restaurants and activities. Friendly staffs and clean amenities. Only issue is that the thermostat controller for the gym is not in the room, hence there's no air conditioning even during the gym opening hours unless there's a staff member nearby to turn it on for you.'

'A nice gem near Bai Chay beach. This is my third time staying in this hotel and every time I enjoyed it so much. Thanks to all the staff for the excellent service. Will stay again.'

'Lovely staff and great breakfast options that are included in the stay. Would highly recommend!!'

'Very nice '

'The rooms were a bit noisy (poor sound proofing in the windows) and one room smelled of cigarette smoke (we got a different room) but overall it was good value and friendly staff.'

'Staff were great we had a great time Activities are fun'

'This was the cutest little townhome style apartment. Beds were located in the small loft, but were comfortable with nice bedding. Apartment has plenty of seating. Kitchen is minimal and not well equipped, but has a mini fridge. Fresh, unlimited, bottled water is offered, which was a nice surprise. The area is up a steep hill and removed from the main traffic, but it was VERY noisy at night with close neighborhood noises and some VERY loud dance music late into the night (we declined to stay...

'We payed for a night in the bay, but a monsoon cancelled the overnight stay and the 2nd day on the boat. We were moved a hotel in Halong instead but this took several hours, once the Atheana manager turned up things improved but wasn't the 1st class experience we had paid for. I cant recommend it.'

'Zeer vriendelijke, attente bemanning'

'Great hotel. Clean and accessible'

'Bed sheets did not appear clean upon check-in. There’s a lot of noise from the construction and the children playing in the soccer field next door. Property is dated (with some water stains); it appears newer online due to AI pics. Housekeepers were especially nice and changed my sheets as requested. I also appreciated its low cost and convenient location. Very walkable and the nearby museum was awesome!'

'We were very welcome into Ha Long. The staff helped us to find a boat, where to eat and what to do to be efficient and benefit a maximum from our trip. They Even provided a discount for an extra Night because the prívate car did not show up to pick us Up to go back to Ha Noi. Perfect and I recommend very strongly.'

'Nice clean hotel, with a few things in walking distance'
