'I didn't have much interaction with the staff. I didn't need too. The only issue was the pool was down a d that was the primary reason to stay there. They offered a pool at their other location but I couldn't physically walk that far. I would have expected a discount for the inconvenience but they did not. Everything else was fine.'

'This place was very nice and spacious! The pool was huge and very close and they have little courtyard sitting places right by this condo. My only three negatives are the couch, which looked like it was about to lose a spring and was very uncomfortable; there were only two drinking glasses but lots of coffee cups, plates, bowls, etc.; and the upstairs neighbors who were literally stomping around and moving what sounded like boulders around their place.'

'This place is very new, so natually it avoids things that you might encounter at properties that have been around for 20 years. The staff was great and very helpful. I appreciated certain details of the room, like the dimmable lights. My two quibbles were, 1) my bath towel was super linty, ironically I think it was so new that maybe it hadn't even been washed yet but it left fuzz all over me, and 2) the workout room temperature was a little warm. Admittedly I never got around to asking for help...
