'There is trash everywhere and level 1 f lift door'

'The communication with the host was pathetic and their were no clear direction regarding checkin. You basically go outside besides road side and get your key card. The room was okay but the Bedsheets had yellow stains and they looked dirty. Mattress would give you backache for sure. Avoid if possible.'

'Groot complex waar je echter geen erg in hebt. Mooie grote suite met alles er op en er aan. Het eten in het restaurant is ook van goede kwaliteit'

'stopover ist es ok. sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter'

'Cleanliness was perfect and nice view'

'The breakfast options were quite limited, and food items were frequently not replenished unless specifically requested by guests. To make matters worse, the coffee machine was out of order, with management attributing it to peak season wear — an excuse that falls short of the standards expected at this level. 'There are kitchen cabinets but nothing apart from a kettle and 2-3 cups. Would appreciate a microwave or some plates and forks and knifes'

'Room was cleaned and ambients was great. Only thing was price was slightly higher, limited food options at the mall. Could attract more guest if price was more adjusted for sure because no it was a residence with no room service. Enjoy the stay nevertheless'

'sedap hotel ni dekat dengan restoran，kedai dan sebagainya. senang nak ke mana mana. katilnya besar dan selesa. pekerja hotel ramah mesra. tandas pun bersih. hawa dingin sangat sejuk'

'No toilet paper. Unit has moldy air conditioning units. Couldn’t sleep in bedroom. Checkin process was terrible. Self checkin which took 45 minutes'

'Staff are friendly n helpful '

'Easy to locate, nice view from our room. There is a food mall on the ground floor with cafes and restaurants. Excellent place to stay for a few nights in Genting Highlands!'

'Could be better. Shower not working properly, too hot, no shower dispenser mount, and mirror with ledge improperly placed causing access block to wash sink. Good thing is there’s a hose outside the front yard to wash off the mud from our mountain bikes. Homestay is conveniently located within walking distance to town area, about 10 mins walk downhill. '
