'This is a great refurbished old building. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Great views of downtown in the rooms on the north side. The pool on the top floor is also a great place for a cocktail and views of the city. Staff was great and we were very satisfied with the food service.'

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. 'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. 'I liked the area because of the atmosphere. It was walking distance to great eating and shopping area. The apartment was clean and the outside patio was quiet. The communication with Vrbo was great but it was more of three way communication. I left messages with the property manager about not have our room ready on time, no remote control for the TV nor did our fav get activated to enter into the building and other access to the building. 'My 4-day stay at Kasa Highland Park Dallas was excellent. You do need a smartphone to open doors and garage gates. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There were: towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, conditioner, maybe lotion but I don't remember, pots and pans, garbage can and bags, plates, cups, utensils, paper towels, cleaning sponge, salt,pepper and EVOO. There was a keurig and coffee pods and an electric water kettle. I would definitely stay here again.'

'I’ve had a couple vrbo stay’s and honestly this was hands down my favorite. The location was definitely in not the best area, however that was easy to forget when dealing with such a fantastic host. The home was incredibly clean and well maintained with a multitude of provided appliances. The beds were incredibly comfortable and clean. I will say the house got a little hot during the day, but at night it cooled off just enough. Genuinely a great stay I would 100% recommend.'
