'I hosted a company retreat here, and this place was incredible. There was plenty of room, though we planned to have more people and I think if everyone showed up as planned, we'd have been a little cramped. I would probably cap attendance at 16 people. The three levels of patio was my favorite part. And every level is well furnished. The theater was exceptional, as all the chairs we so comfortable and placed perfectly. The kitchen was nice and big, and the really high ceiling of the top floor...

'Very clean and perfect for a family. Love that there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with the extra loft area. The layout is perfect! We spend every morning and night on the balcony and love how big it is and that there are screens to keep all bugs out. One negative is that the docks are not numbered, so we had no idea which dock and slip was ours because you cannot see numbers on any of them when you are in your boat trying to find your slip. '
