'Fantastic stay however, we were in Garza Blanca Cancun and we found that the layout, breakfast hall (breakfast in general) was overall much better.. more option and better set-up.
The up keep of the whole hotel is very well kept however once again we are comparing it to the Cancun one and it is slightly out-dated (the furniture, style) is abit old.
But the staff were great and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Our Conceige lady named Sam was amazing! Nothing was too big nor small for her to help us...

'Un hotel precioso para ir en familia. La atención es impecable. Nuestro concierge Obeth Rodriguez siempre estuvo muy atento a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. El Kids Club fue excelente para mis hijas. Karla, Caro, Yami y las demás chicas del staff fueron muy amables y amorosas. Me gusto mucho la sesión de sound healing frente al mar a cargo de Ivan.'

'Our 4th visit to Hyatt Ziva- Major changes to the facility. Large updated gym with new pickleball & basketball courts. Food selection & quantity has significantly improved. Highly recommend and will visit again soon!'

'The hotel was great. The room was clean, the staff was friendly & helpful, pools were the absolute best part of the trip!! Food was not as good as I expected from a Rosewood and I just wish it had a swim-able beach. Spa was awesome, kids club/nannies were just the very best and the speak-easy was AMAZING! Highly recommend!'
