Onze lieve cottage is gunstig gelegen midden-eiland aan de rustige westkant van de dijk. Slechts 2 blokken van de oceaan (3-4 minuten lopen), vispier, eilandmarkt, winkels en ijs! Kindred Spirit mailbox bevindt zich aan de westkant van het eiland en is bijna precies twee mijl wandelen van onze voordeur.
4 slaapkamers / 2 badkamers. Queen bed in elke kamer, comfortabel 8 personen. Beddengoed wordt verstrekt aan onze gasten. U kunt bij aankomst uw bed vers opgemaakt vinden, inclusief 2 badhanddoeken per gast. Draadloos internet. Plafondventilatoren in elke slaapkamer. Master Bed is ruim met een zithoek. Goed ingerichte keuken met vaatwasser. Eettafel met 6 stoelen en 4 extra zitplaatsen aan de ontbijtbar. Gasgrill. Onze buitendouche blijft een favoriet bij gasten. Volledige grootte wasmachine / droger. De extra koelkast / vriezer op de begane grond is perfect voor extra ijs voor koelers en uw stranddranken. Trek achter het strand wagen, koelers, strand speelgoed, fietsen en strandstoelen bevinden zich op het terrein. Picknicktafel, hangmat en extra ontspannen zitplaatsen onder huis. Rockers op overdekte veranda.

Ons huisje is een eenvoudige oase weg van alles! Grijp een geestverwant en kom ontspannen, adem de zoete zoute lucht in en vertraag de tijd op het eiland!

Roken is niet toegestaan op onroerend goed. Dit betekent dat roken niet is toegestaan in het huis, op de portieken of op de omliggende buitengrondgebieden. Elk bewijs dat erop wijst dat dit beleid is geschonden, inclusief sigarettenpeuken, geuren of brandwonden, zal resulteren in automatisch behoud van de borgsom.

Moet 25 zijn om te huren. Houd er rekening mee dat Sunset Beach een rustig strand in familiestijl is. Absoluut geen huisfeestjes. Geen motorfietsen zonder schriftelijke toestemming van de eigenaar.

Favorite Beach Rental Ever!

This was the best beach house we've ever booked and we have been to many. The attention to detail and cleanliness were above and beyond. The beds and bedding are all high quality and we are leaving very well rested. The beach gear and toys in the downstairs closet made the trip. We loved the carport area and the kids played there the entire time. I almost hate to give this property the review it deserves or it will get booked up! But in all seriousness, you can tell the property is well loved and taken care of and if you want the perfect family beach trip, this is it!

A Happy Place

Amanda's house was just right for our family. After the first night we all commented on how comfortable the beds were ! Not needing to bring your own sheets is a great perk. She also has everything you need for the beach, so you don't have to bring all of that. The front porch became a gathering place for us every evening to recap each wonderful day. Perfect place for Thanksgiving at the beach.

Nice house for a family beach trip. Comfy beds, beach toys, quick walk to the beautiful beach and fishing pier. Coffee maker broke and Amanda ran out on Thanksgiving and brought us a new one. Only complaint is there is a new 3 story house with a pool being built about 15 feet from the back deck. Wasn't a problem because of the holiday ( no one was working) but really should have been mentioned in the description of the property till it's done being built. I would recommend this house, after the construction is finished.

Family Getaway

The property was very nice and in very nice neighborhood. Loved that we had beach equipment to use so we didn’t have to worry about renting it or bringing with us. House was just what we needed and loved that every room was big and had queen beds except for master which was a king. Very clean and Ananda was always there to answer any questions that we had. Great locations and cute cottage

We loved staying here. We have 2 small kids. House was plenty big for us, but could have had another family share too and had plenty of room. We have always loved Sunset beach. This house is close to everything. Even though we brought I our own bikes, they had bikes available. House was clean and like having linens included. Plenty of beach equipment to use. Owners communicate anytime I needed anything, before and during our trip. We had no problems even when we got locked out accidentally once. Amanda made sure we got back in. Thanks for a great stay. We will look Summer Folly up again.

Wonderful all around! Amanda was very responsive and everything listed is accurate. We are a family of four and easily had room to share. Our family has come to Sunset Beach for years and know the area well. The location is great! Please don’t over pack! The house is very well equipped for everything. Amanda was very good to work with. She was responsive and friendly with all of our communications. The interior upgrades were well done and the home was quiet and comfortable. This house was perfect for my family and me, and the beach was beautiful as always. Super clean, linens, towels, and plenty of pillows. Beds were soft and very comfortable. We couldn’t ask for anything better, it was just what we needed to reset and relax as a family. Would definitely rent again!

A Perfect Beach Trip!

My husband and I booked this spot for a 4 night beach trip with friends and it was exactly what we were looking for! Extremely clean and plenty of space for just the four of us, although you could fit more quite comfortably. A straight shot to the beach and a five minute walk to a cute coffee shop as well as Sunset Slush Italian Ice (we made multiple visits) make this an excellent location. This property offers many things that others we looked at did not and it truly made all the difference! First, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a wagon, and more are waiting for you when you arrive; if you don't go to the beach often enough to have your own, you will definitely appreciate having these provided! Second, the covered outdoor living space, complete with hammock and Adirondack chairs, is the perfect place to relax during a windy/rainy day when the beach is less pleasant. The morning of our last day wasn't the best beach weather, but we still had a great time relaxing outside. Third, if you are planning to cook a large portion of your meals, you will find the kitchen surprisingly well-stocked as well as what we were most excited about: a grill! Lastly, since we were limited on vacation time, we were beyond excited to discover that a full week rental is not required here, as is the case with many other beach houses. Amanda and Brian are excellent hosts and we are so thankful they provided us with such a perfect vacation home! So thoughtful and kind, Amanda even mailed back a dress I left behind in the closet. We have already started thinking about a return trip for next year!
