'This one was memorable! It started before we even arrived onsite, with the owner contacting us with detailed information regarding access, amenities, etc. The condo itself was more than advertised - far roomier than expected. There were four of us, all 50y.o.+, and more than enough space and amenities for the group. The beach was immediately accessible, and very clean! Far more pluses than I can get into here, but suffice to say the property rental was worth the money and immensely enjoyed by...

'The house is a 10 minute easy walk to the beach - exit the house turn right and walk straight. Store all of your beach stuff under the house. Plenty of parking - 4 cars easily fit under the house. There is also an area with hanging lights and an area to sit. Outside shower is a game changer!!Inside has three roomy bedrooms. Three decks!!! There is a small room with a TV but no AC not really usable. There is a loft upstairs and a bed with an AC unit in the window. We easily slept 8. Washer dryer...

'Berner Breezes was an amazing house. It’s beautiful and was the cleanest one we’ve ever rented. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. It’s a quick easy walk to the beach w/only a few stairs. The owner was easy to reach and very responsive. It was a rare 5 bedroom house to accommodate our family! Highly recommend!'
