'The staff was incredibly helpful, and the location is ideal for easily walking into town. Staying here felt completely safe and comfortable. We also loved the pool whose water always seemed to be just the right temperature whenever we needed to use it! 'The maintenance on the villa we stayed in itself could use an update. Mostly things like the faucets, mold and moss on the planters, pest prevention (mosquitoes, etc…). Besides the aesthetics that need updating, the staff was wonderful, accommodating, and communicated clearly. Big shout out to Hamsa, thank you for the advice to take a trip to Nusa Penida, we had an amazing time! I would recommend Bali Dream Villas if you want to stay somewhere a little quieter and away from the hustle and bustle...

'We booked on the belief that a pool was an available to guests. Not the case, individual pools are in each villa, we had a bungalow. The hotels site is a bit misleading, also no outside area for use by the bungalow guests. You get a nice room but no balcony, veranda or outdoor area. Apart from this the hotel was clean and well situated.'
