'We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.'

'The house was in a wonderful location, close to the beach and with good views of the surrounding area. The kitchen was fabulous. It had everything we could possibly want. '

'Overall the cottage was quite nice. There is however, room for improvement. Outside light not working, bathroom light not working, two of the lamps either didn't have globes or globe was burnt out. One of the bedrooms has a fan however no dial for the fan to be switched on. Cottage has no stove top or oven so had to make do with a microwave settings. At least an airfryer should be provided. There was a power outage and although the host was aware, they didn't seem concerned about any...

'We had an amazing stay! The house is spacious, well laid out and felt private despite being in a resort. Great facilities to keep us entertained and the restaurant/cafe was so handy with great food options. Property owner was very helpful with great communication. Would stay again. '

'Great property, kids loved it. Only negative is not adequate heating/cooling, bedrooms had none and it was freezing, and couldn’t use portable heaters due to small children (they get very hot to touch).'
