'We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.'

'Clean and comfortable. Some concerns with lack of railing on deck and steps and step down to dining area as there were 5 elderly people staying. All in all a perfectly acceptable property. The short walk to the beach was enjoyed by our dogs and family.'

'Absolutely immaculate property. Maybe cleanest and most well put together rental property we've ever stayed at. Great location for Cowes and Phillip Island in general. Minutes to main restaurant and shopping area. We had 3 adults, 4 kids and with 3 large beds, 1 single, and 2 sitting areas it was plenty of space for all. And the cherry on top was the ease of arrival and departure.. The easiest positive review Ive ever had to make.'

'Great location, the house had lots of space, however, upon arrival we noticed the glassware was sticky from possible previous stayers and the cutlery was dirty.Additionally, the shower drain was clogged. Thankfully there was a plunger in the laundry, but in order to shower we had to continuously ’plunge’ whilst showering to stop the overflow. Other than that, the accommodation met all our needs. '
