The room was clean and tidy. I have previously as a silver member with Expedia, been able to upgrade if there is a room available with no extra cost. This was not available which would have been nice as I have had these upgrades through other bookings with Expedia. It was still a very enjoyable visit and I would rebook here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Club. The Receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was within easy walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Mooloolaba is a nice resort town .

Very nice accommodation. Clean and private room. Almost everything was within walking distance with very easy access to Mooloolaba beach area. Staff communicated well through email and gave detailed instructions for when we arrived. Only issue was the shower door was broken and basically fell apart every time you tried to close it.

Great location good rooftop spar. Room was dirty sheets had make up stains room had thick layer of dust no spare blanket asked for one at reception was told you receive one in 39 mins never arrived no communication. But overall nice place

This hotel was in walking distance of the bus stop , the local Coles supermarket and the Mooloolaba Esplanade with shops ,cafes and restaurants . But the beach that is the next block away ,was to look at only…you had to walk a long way to the swimming beach. The hotel itself was under going some renovations when we arrived which we were not expecting. They didn’t start until after 8.30 am but were very loud if you were spending time in you room. The building is quite dated and the open air corridors, although enabling a breeze through ,were extremely noisy with residents ‘ comings and goings echoing along them.Our bedroom was pretty tiny with a very small wardrobe. The bed was two king singles pushed together which was actually nice and roomy( but took up almost the entire room.The bathroom was a shoebox with a door handle that didn’t work.The kitchenette and sitting area was adequate as was the balcony (we had a pool view) Gym area looked good but didn’t get time to use it . Really nice pool which we used a lot but it felt like there was not enough room for lots of people in it.Best part was the book exchange /library near the gym. No , we will not be staying here again.

Hello Anonymous, Thank you for your feedback. We are 400m walk from the patrolled surf beach but only one street back from the Esplanade and non patrolled beach. As you mentioned we are in a great location for the shops, cafes and Esplanade. We did have some renovation works happening prior to the peak season, unfortunately there is never a good time to renovate but is a necessity to keep the building looking fresh and updated. GLad you enjoyed the pool and our book exhange. Thank you for staying with us

We had a great time at the Beach Club. The property manager was awesome and so easy to deal with. The room was lovely, though a little dated. The resort is super close to the beach and the esplanade and we will definitely be back again.

The bedroom and bathroom are tiny and didn’t even have sufficient room to open a suitcase. The unit we were given had no sun at any time of day and felt gloomy. Stay in Noosa Heads instead.

Late check in instructions were easy to follow. The room was smaller than imagined, the bathroom in particular was very small and not as pictured on Wotif. We were only provided with two towels for a 5 night stay and when we asked for more towels, Reception only had beach towels. We ended up washing and drying the bath towels. There was no housekeeping as advertised, this may have been provided on request, however there was no information booklet in the room outlining details like this. The bed & pillows grew more uncomfortable as the stay progressed. The location was fantastic though, walking distance to the beach and esplanade and the staff were friendly.

Within walking distance to the beach with lots of places for dining. Quiet central to travel to Noosa Head and Bribie Island. While we drove everywhere, travelling by bus was also easy.

Wonderful!
What a lovely unit. Everything i needed and more! Hairdryer was good, not one of those titchy ones that just make a lot of noise and dont produce heat. Room lovely and clean. Design of bedroom was a little quirky, meant could not close door to bathroom! As i was on my own this was not an issue for me. Well stocked, good washing machine. I was on ground floor, had a pretty outside patio area and close to swimming pool. Walls are thin, and noise travels easily but minor issue for me. Would still rate very highly.

Hi, my wife and I stayed at the Beach Club, Tuesday 5th to Saturday the 8th.I feel compelled to express how I felt about our apartment and the property,from a point of view of a person who spent a good deal of my working life in the hospitality industry, running and owning big licenced premises.Cleaning of the apartment was 5 star. The friendliness and social skills of the lady at reception was very relaxed, friendly and professional. Regards

Apartment was really clean and well equipped. Close to a supermarket and lots of food outlets. Walls of the apartment were a little thin so could hear a loud tv next door but that is the only minor negative point.

Quiet & comfortable. Easily accessible with pram. No real water views, but OK location. Close walking distance to beach/shops. Main TV didn't work (swapped remote batteries didn't work). Only 3 towels for 4 guests. Hot water ran out after 2 short showers.
