Nelly features a spacious, open-plan layout where the bathroom, kitchenette, and bedroom flow seamlessly into one another. There are no doors between these areas, creating a light, airy, and inviting atmosphere. Perfect for those who love a minimalist, cozy environment with everything you need just steps away.

The kitchenette is equipped with a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee, a Smeg kettle and toaster, and a 90L fridge with a built-in freezer compartment. We provide a starter pack for breakfast, including tea, Nespresso pods, milk, local honey, butter, eggs, sugar, and a seasonal treat. Should you have any dietary preferences, just let us know—we’ll be happy to accommodate. On the patio, you’ll find a Gozney Roccbox and Weber BBQ for outdoor cooking, plus two comfy lounge chairs for you to relax and soak in the views. For dining, a four-person table on the grass awaits, perfect for meals or games. While there is another Airbnb accommodation, Into The Woods, on the property, it is located separately. Guests of Into The Woods do not have access to the spaces reserved exclusively for Nelly, ensuring your experience remains peaceful and private.

When you park near the stables, you’ll find a seating area reserved for Into The Woods guests, located about 30 meters away. The entrance to Nelly and your designated parking area are about 40 meters in the opposite direction, making your space even further from the Into The Woods seating area and ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay.

Our Dog: We have a sweet, friendly dog named Hunter who loves attention. Don’t worry—he’ll be kept on a leash and away from the container if you’re not a fan of dogs.

Nature: Surrounded by beautiful bushland, you may encounter wildlife like insects and reptiles (spiders, snakes). We recommend wearing enclosed shoes when exploring the outdoors.

Wildlife Sounds: Enjoy the peaceful sounds of birds, frogs, and nature, with only occasional distant traffic noise.

Outdoor Fire: Make the most of the outdoors with firewood, fire starters, and marshmallow forks provided. Extra firewood is available for $20 per bag.

Septic System: Please be mindful of the products you use as we have a septic system.

Children: Due to the cozy size of Nelly, we don’t accommodate children.
Rules concerning pets:

1. We welcome up to two pets, and we`re unable to accomodate aggressive dog breeds for everyone`s safety and comfort. A fee of $40 per pet per stay applies. If you’re bringing two pets, we’ll send a separate request for the additional $40. Please note there’s limited space inside the 20ft container, so keep this in mind when planning your stay.
2. For your pet’s well-being, please supervise them at all times, especially if they’re small enough to escape through the gates. This helps keep them safe, along with our other guests.
3. We love having your pets here, but for their safety and comfort, they cannot be left alone in Nelly. If you need a little time away, we offer a pet-sitting service for a few hours at an additional cost to make sure your pet is well cared for. This must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure our availability.
4. While we want your furry friend to feel as comfortable as possible, we kindly ask that pets not be allowed on the bed. We provide a pet bed for their relaxation. Please note that if pet hair is found on the bed, an additional cleaning charge may apply.
5. We appreciate your help in cleaning up after your pet in the yard and kindly ask that waste be disposed of in the designated bin.
