Unfortunately, there are no assigned parking spots at the resort. There are 3 options for parking your car:



The underground parking directly below the resort.



The secondary resort parking lot (access via Nelson St).



The closest street park that you can find!



KEYS/ACCESS



There is a lockbox with your keys at the apartment front door on the 7th floor of the Resort. You will be sent the code to the lockbox prior to your arrival.



AIRCONDITIONING



The apartment is fully air-conditioned.

The bathroom has a shower, spa bath, vanity & toilet.



The dining table on the balcony has seating for 4 people.



The kitchen has a microwave, cooktop, and is fully equipped with plates and cutlery. It is a small kitchen, so we recommend making the most of the numerous dining options all within a 5-10min walk.



The resort has a laundry with washing machines and dryers available for your use.



We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee, therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair, and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a ""start-up"" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. No sugar, laundry powder, pods, tissues, or paper towels are supplied. All linen is provided and is part of our Premium Linen Service. We also provide beach towels for you to use.



Please Note, this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these types of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We value our wonderful apartment and the well-being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function, and/or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and, if necessary, ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress enough that this is a lovely property for families, friends, and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.



Cleaning charge: The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean. If guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, or cigarette smell (which we will clean), additional cleaning and replacement costs will apply."
