The Space:

Spread across two levels, this comfortable beachside apartment has been thoughtfully equipped for a relaxing stay.



Upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms, each featuring a queen size bed (please note these cannot be split into singles), along with a large family bathroom complete with both a shower and a beautiful bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.



Downstairs offers a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area, fully equipped with everything you need for a home away from home.

Enjoy meals around the dining table, relax with your favourite shows on the Smart TV, and make use of the full range of kitchen appliances.



An additional toilet, washing machine and dryer are also provided for your convenience.



Step outside to your private courtyard, featuring a comfortable seating area ideal for a morning coffee, lazy afternoon read or sunset aperitif after a day exploring Sunshine Beach.



Please note: The neighbouring building is currently undergoing a roof replacement. Some construction noise may be experienced Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 4:00pm. Works are currently expected to be completed by late July, weather permitting.

Our rates have been adjusted accordingly to offer guests excellent value during this period.



Guest Access:

Lock Box with code provided 24 hrs prior check in day.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that no onsite parking is available, as the garage is reserved for the owner's vehicle.



Guests are welcome to stop briefly in front of the garage to unload luggage upon arrival. However, Body Corporate regulations do not permit vehicles to be parked in front of the garage at any time.



Fortunately, free and unlimited street parking is available nearby. Once you have unloaded, please park your vehicle in the designated street parking areas and ensure it is securely locked. Parking is unrestricted unless otherwise indicated by local signage.
