The best views of the Maroochy River are to be had from the waterfront apartments along Duporth Avenue, right in the heart of Maroochydore. With the shimmering tides and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, you may not want to leave the apartment. All of this with the added attractions of the best cafes and restaurants on the Coast a mere 5min walk away.

Both bathrooms have a shower, vanity & toilet, with the main bathroom doubling as a laundry, we do NOT supply laundry detergent.

The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dish washer, microwave, oven, cook top and is fully equipped with plates and cutlery, kettle, toaster etc. We have a Nespresso coffee pod machine so don't forget to bring your favourite flavours!

There is no lift in this building. Your apartment is on the 1st floor up 1 flight of stairs

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do NOT supply sugar nor laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service. We also provide beach towels for you to use.

Please Note, this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these type of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful apartment and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely property for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.
