The Space:

Welcome to Unit 8, Shelley Point Apartments – a spacious and beautifully positioned second-floor apartment offering stunning ocean views and everything you need for a relaxing beachside holiday. Easily accessed via lift, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is perfectly suited for families or friends looking to enjoy the best of Kings Beach.



The light-filled open-plan living and dining area opens onto a generous wrap-around balcony, where you can unwind with your morning coffee or evening drink while taking in uninterrupted views across Kings Beach and the Pacific Ocean through the iconic Norfolk Pines. The apartment is fully air conditioned, ensuring year-round comfort, and features a Smart TV for relaxing after a day at the beach.



The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you'll need to prepare meals during your stay, including ample bench space and modern appliances. A washing machine and dryer are also provided, making longer stays easy and convenient.

Master Bedroom: Queen bed, balcony access and private ensuite.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds.

All linen is supplied, with beds professionally made before your arrival.

Main Bathroom: Walk-in shower and toilet.

Ensuite: Shower over a spa bath with double vanity.

Key Collection:

For after-hours arrivals or on Sundays, key collection is via a lock box at the arcade side access to our office.

The lock box code will be sent on the day of arrival (for Sunday arrivals, the code is sent on Saturday).

Getting Around:

Most of Kings Beach is easily explored on foot. Cafes, restaurants, parks and the beach are all within walking distance. If you'd like to explore further afield, Caloundra town centre is just a few minutes' drive away, while local bus services provide convenient access throughout the Sunshine Coast.
