Please be advised that Unit 7 & 8 Shoreline Villa is currently renovating their bathroom and will be doing so until approximately end of June 2025. There will be intermittent noise during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience.

A lovely two bedroom, first floor unit situated on the headland at Kings Beach with fantastic views over the ocean and shipping lanes.

The patrolled beach is a short walk down the hill, as is Kings Beach Park, BBQs, restaurants, shops and the surf club. The coastal walkway passes by the unit block on the other side of the road.

Whilst this unit may be older style, it has all you need for an affordable holiday, close to the ocean with amazing views. Your biggest conundrum will be working out which cruise liner it is coming towards you up the shipping lane right in front.

Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, however there are ceiling fans installed.

Linen
Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you.The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $99 p.w., or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual pricing review by the linen hire company).

Single lock up garage.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
