The Space:

The open plan living and dining area includes seating for four, a smart TV, and air conditioning to keep things comfortable year round. Sliding doors open onto a private balcony with an outdoor sofa, creating a relaxed spot for morning coffee or evening wind down time.



The kitchen connects seamlessly with the living space and is set up for fuss free meals during your stay. A compact laundry with a washing machine is conveniently located within the apartment, ideal for longer stays or beach days.



Guests can also enjoy the shared outdoor pool area within the complex, perfect for cooling off on warmer days or spending a quiet afternoon poolside.



Please note the apartment is located on the first floor and accessed via two flights of stairs, as there is no lift. There is currently construction underway at the neighbouring property, which may result in some daytime noise during standard working hours.

Bathroom: The bathroom includes a shower and vanity, with a separate toilet for added convenience and dual access from the main bedroom and hallway.



Laundry: A washing machine is available within the apartment for guest use.



Parking: One secure single garage is provided, located at the far left garage at the back of the complex.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment on level 1 accessible via stairs (no lift), the shared pool area, and one secure garage space.

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is approximately a 1-minute walk (85m) to Moreton Parade where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).
