Communication overall poor. Noone replied to my Stayz messages, email replies to office were uninformative one liners and phone calls only answered my direct questions, giving no helpful information on things we didn't know about yet because we weren't in the property.... Until after office had closed..... The fact that we needed to contact them so much was because they wouldn't supply the nessesacry information in a timely manner. 'we will contact you on the day to give you address of the property'. Ok. At 3pm, still nothing, we had to hassle them to get that information! Unnecessarily Stressful.This organisation is after max profits, not much else. For five people there was one shampoo, one dishwashing tablet and no washing up liquid. Forget your hygiene, they don't care about that. We spent ten minutes looking for the fifth bed. There is no mattress. If five people are coming, there should be five beds ready. There was no explanation for what we were supposed to do.In many short term let's there are things like oil, salt and pepper that previous guests had left. Clearly they don't allow this as there was nothing. Not a deal breaker but it adds up. It's the little things that makes a holiday relaxing and enjoyable. The only thing that matters here is your wallet. In this day and age, with so much competition around, the bar raises. These guys fall short.
