'staff was not able to locate my booking. the studio looked dated, and cleanliness was not great. parking spaces were also extremely tight, and instructions to get to the studio was confusing.'

However the apartment was not the cleanest. There was a furnished balcony with huge sliding doors going out to it but the doors were filthy. The tables in the apartment were all clear glass topped and were not clean. Although the bed sheets were clean the doona cover had stains that obviously could not come out in the wash ...
