Super schattig waterkant twee slaapkamers twee badkamers strandhuis met een korte rit naar het strand. Slaapt zes, heeft een groot dek met een gas grill, een gratis golfkar, full size wasmachine en droger, smart-tv met bluray-speler en wifi! Een queensize bed, een tweepersoonsbed en een tweepersoons slaapbank.

Niet roken. Neem je eigen linnengoed mee.

Dit is meestal een zaterdag tot zaterdag huur voor alle seizoensverhuur.

Ocean Lakes is een gezinsgerichte vakantiebestemming met 24-uursbeveiliging. We verhuren niet aan iemand jonger dan 25 jaar en alleen aan gezinnen en verantwoordelijke volwassenen. Elke overtreding van deze regel of een Ocean Lakes Family Campground-regel zal worden gevraagd om onmiddellijk te vertrekken zonder terugbetaling. Golfkar is gratis, eventuele schade is de verantwoordelijkheid van geregistreerde gasten. Moet 21 jaar oud zijn met een geldig rijbewijs om golfkar te bedienen. Bewijs van leeftijd / ID vereist bij het ondertekenen van de huurovereenkomst.

Everything we needed and more!

The house was great, and it came with a golf cart. We enjoyed the ducks, geese, turtles, and cats. A fun place to see wildlife, swim in the indoor pool, and beachcomb! We went to Bingo two nights and did some tourist things. It was nice to come back to Mr. Carson's house every night after fun in the sun.

We had an issue with the A/C, the owners were very prompt in regards to repair when they couldn’t get repair person until the next afternoon he drove all the way to the house to get it going at 10:00pm. We highly recommend staying with this host. We will be staying with them again.

Special Vacation

We love that there is a water area behind the place for our gifted family member to enjoy. He loved seeing the geese, ducks and turtles. Jim was kind enough to allow our over the weight limit dog stay when I explained that she does not go in the kitchen, she is not allowed on furniture and is in a kennel when we leave. I did cover the furniture with sheets from home as she sheds and I did not want to make it hard for someone to clean. We loved the unit and want to stay again. Thank you Jim

Great location. Comfortable home.

Had a great time and everything we needed was on hand. Very glad the golf cart was available and our small dog was allowed. He even had his own squirrel to watch in the tree over the deck. View of water/pond from deck was lovely with turtles, lizards, and birds. Neighbors were nice. We would stay again.

Clean cabin with hidden fees

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was clean but small and sits on a waterway. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, beach equipment, and washer/dryer. The floor plan is a bit odd in that you have to walk through a bathroom/laundry room to get to one of the bedrooms. This created a bit of an issue for us but it wasn’t a huge deal. As others have noted, having a golf cart included was really great! The campground (resort) was outstanding with beautiful beaches, well maintained landscaping, playgrounds, and even a waterpark! We were surprised to be asked to pay $12 per night per car for parking and also $3 per night per car as an “express” fee as we made our parking reservation close to our check-in date. This was not disclosed to us prior to booking and making payment for the rental- it was part of the rules we were given after the fact. When we raised this concern with Jim, the owner, he had no empathy and just asked if we wanted to cancel our booking. One other thing to note is that shade structures aren’t allowed on the beach - only umbrellas.

Great home for a Vacation

This is the second year in a row of renting this house for our vacation. Pictures do not give the property justice.b you can't put into pictures the peace and calmness of sitting on the deck, watching the ducks/geese that swim by saying hello. The location is just perfect for the resort. We always joke about trying to purchase as this is our vacation home away from home. Jim the owner is very responsive to texts, emails and any needs. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a good time visiting Ocean Lakes.

Excellent stay!

I normally don't leave reviews but this one deserves it. My husband and I stayed for the week. Jim answered all my questions months before our stay ( I like to plan early) up to us being on vacation if we needed anything he was there to help. The house was extremely clean the kitchen had everthing we needed for dinners at night. I definitely recommend his property and we will be staying with him again. Ocean Lakes has everything you would need. The golf cart is a huge bonus as well. Thanks for a great week. We can't wait to come back!

Great Ocean Lakes home

House was clean and neat when we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of cooking items which was great. The golf cart was perfect or else getting around would have been a challenge. Our first time visiting Ocean Lakes and there are lots of fun things to do on site and it’s an easy drive to all things Myrtle Beach. Had a great time and appreciated Jim’s assistance and communication with my lack of golf cart experience.
