  • Kom naar deze 2 slaapkamers oase! Living Room omvat een slaapbank (2 personen) 35 "TV en een eigen Wifi-verbinding! Begane grond slaapkamer heeft 2 Queen bedden. Boven slaapkamer heeft 2 aparte bedden. Plus een royale keuken met overloop barkrukken om al uw gasten. Vergeet niet de volledige grillen station vlak bij het zwembad en de hot tub om te ontspannen zand gratis op die zorgeloze dagen.
    U zult genieten van deze schattige Villa slechts een korte 1. 3 mijl rijden naar het strand. Golf Colony Resort is rustig terug in de Deerfield onderverdeling verscholen, maar midden in het centrum en dicht bij alles! Boek volgende huis van uw gezin weg van huis met ontspannende bries en het strand om de hoek!

Beach Condo

The condo is a short drive to Surfside beach. We stayed here for a baseball tournament so we weren't at the condo very much. The condo was clean but does need some maintenance. We didn't have enough washcloths and someone was very quick to respond and bring us some, which was great.

When we got home from our stay my daughter realized she left her necklace hanging in the bedroom she had stayed in. I contacted the property manager and he called me back the next morning with the necklace in hand and mailed it to me. We received it about a week later. There are not too many honest people out there anymore. My family and I will be staying her again in the future.

The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The only things we were glad we brought were cookie sheets, roasting pan, and a large flat skillet/pot. The personalized wall art was a nice touch. We called ahead to ensure that there was internet because my husband works from home. They have it, but the connection was very unstable, with the signal dropping every 5 to 50 minutes. My husband ended up exceeding our data plan by using his wi-fi hotspot. He tried the Starbucks, but it was too loud for conference calls. Also, ensure that you receive the keys for the pool. They weren't in the initial envelope we received, so there were some tense moments when our teenage son followed another guest into the pool just to find out that the house key he planned to use didn't work on the lock he needed to exit the pool area. Thankfully the linen guy was in the office after hours, and found the pool key we should have received.

The advertised rate did not include cleaning fees and taxes, which were substantial. Common practice, but I find it deceptive and annoying. It was on the wrong side of the very busy main road from the beach, but if you are aware of this, and don't mind the added drive time, it was a very good alternative to expensive and noisy beach accommodations.
