MH 403 Ocean Lakes. 4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers (10 personen) met aangepaste golfkar en oprit. Het strand en het park liggen op loopafstand (ongeveer 1 1/2 blokken). Het familiepleziercentrum heeft een zwembad, een waterpark, een speelhal, minigolf, een snackbar en nog veel meer en bevinden zich op loopafstand.

** Uitgebreide wifi en kabel, Netflix, 6 tv's, 2 dvd-spelers en een X Box 360-gameconsole
*** Eigenaars suite (queensize bed) is aan de achterzijde van het huis met een eigen badkamer met inloopdouche en een beschutte veranda.
*** De familiesuite heeft 2 slaapkamers (een met een queensize bed en een kinderkamer heeft een stapelbed met trappen, onderschuifbed en een twin plus een gedeeld bad met een diep bad.
*** De voorste slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed en de badkamer met een inloopdouche bevindt zich net buiten de deur.
*** Volledige keuken met crockpot, blender, bakbenodigdheden en meer (zoals thuis)
*** Wasmachine en droger in eenheid
*** De veranda op het voorscherm heeft een eettafel, tv met kabel en veel zitplaatsen.

Home is bijgewerkt met beachy kleuren en decor. Boek direct als u wilt reserveren. Het werkt onze kalender automatisch bij wanneer u boekt. VRBO staat ons niet toe telefoonnummers of e-mails te delen en deze in berichten te blokkeren. Als u ons wilt bereiken, kunt u onze Facebook-pagina, MH 403, bezoeken. We zijn de nieuwe eigenaren, dus we hebben nog niet veel beoordelingen, maar je zult niet teleurgesteld worden en we hebben het een aantal keer gehuurd, maar niet via VRBO.

Great stay for family

We chose this house because of the ramp and it worked well for our family including our special needs son. It is close to the beach and convenient to all Ocean Lakes has to offer. We rode bikes and enjoyed the use of the golf cart provided.

Perfect!

My family and I stayed here for a month! It truly was home away from home! We had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and plan on it! The owner was very pleasant and was very responsive during our stay.

Family Vacation

We loved the open space of kitchen/dining area and living room. The one level house was a plus with having small kids. Screened in porch was a hit for the kids and adults. Also the golf cart was a plus. The location was excellent! We had an awesome week.

We had a wonderful time this week at Ocean Lakes, and the house was perfect for our two families. We had a total of 8 people and the layout of the house allowed for plenty of space to spread out for both families. The house was clean and equipped with what we needed to enjoy our stay.

Will Stay Again!!

What originally drew us to this house was the fact that We were traveling with our parents who needed a handicap assessable home. Many houses in Ocean Lakes have tons of stairs. This property was perfect as it is one story and has a ramp. The lay out of the rooms was perfect. Parents had a room and bathroom. Kids wing with bunk room and additional room with bathroom and a room with on suite bath. Everyone had their own space. Long family farmhouse style table which we enjoyed every morning for breakfast and dinner. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Patio was perfect in the evenings for relaxing. Location Location Location. You could walk to the beach, the pool, the bball courts if you wanted to but golf cart rides were the kids favorite thing to do. The owners were amazing. We plan on booking for 2024 if all goes as well.

Exactly what we needed!

The house was exactly as advertised and fit our family perfectly! The use of the golf cart was great as it is much easier to drive around Ocean Lakes with a golf cart than a car! We loved just hopping in the golf cart and going to the pool or beach! Check in was super easy & fast which was really nice after a long drive in. Property manager was really helpful and responds quickly! Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome.

We always enjoy our stay at OL, in a house or camping. We chose a house this time so we could be more comfortable and the kids could get in out of the sun. While I usually stick to OL properties I decided to try VRBO this time, and Im happy we did. Owner of the property is incredible and responds quickly to any questions or issues that arose. Overall we were happy with our choice, convient to the beach, parks Water Park, Rec Center and Sandy Mart, plus it's handicapped accessible for our parents. The included golf cart made the kids evenings awesome so they could be included in the golf cart parades at night.

Family Vaycay

Our family had a great time in Anna & Hugh’s property. Plenty of room for all of us. Front porch was the perfect place for us all to gather. Grilled out the first night and had a nice meal on the back porch. Only issue we had (and we let Anna know) is that the breaker kept popping when we tried to plug in our three golf carts. Other than that we had a great stay. Would definitely look to stay here again or another one of their properties.

Read Before You Rent

Very disappointed in this rental. Pet smell in the carpet of the back bedroom made it impossible to sleep, had to move to smaller room at the front. Electrical outlets coming out of the wall when chargers unplugged, rotten board on the front deck caused me to turn my ankle, couch and chair in the living space was filthy, coffee maker had a charcoal filter that was solid black, dishwasher door is falling apart and needs replacing, screens on the front porch falling out and full of holes, siding coming off the building, light fixtures missing or not functioning. For the price I was expecting a decent rental, overall it was rundown and poorly maintained, we left 3 days early. We will rent directly from OL going forward.

Close to the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is in a great location close to the beach. We enjoyed having the golf cart to ride around the grounds. Loved the screened in front porch. There is so much to do onsite. Anna was very responsive, helpful, and quick to provide anything we needed or answer any questions. I would definitely stay at her place again.

We had our 3 kids and mom with us and this was perfect. The family suite was great for all the kids. Anna, the owner actually stopped by and brought us fresh, hot donuts one morning which was really appreciated. This home was beyond clean and we loved our stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Always love staying at Ocean Lakes. Home was spacious. Enjoyed the enclosed porch. House a bit outdated but nice to reside at during our stay. A couple minor issues during our stay, but home owner was quick to try and resolve. We appreciate the quick communication. Master bedroom mastress needs an upgrade. Overall pleasant stay. Thank you!
