An Ocean View from Family Tides aka, 29 Bella Vista, Surfside Beach, SC

Als u op zoek bent naar een ontspannen familievakantie in Surfside Beach, SC., Bekend als 'Family Beach', is ons strandhuis de perfecte keuze. Zie de oceaan vanaf ons balkon, evenals de master bedroom suite. Geniet van uw koffie terwijl de zon opkomt boven de oceaan voordat u uw dag begint. Het strand ligt op slechts 130 stappen afstand. Ons strandhuis ligt op de derde rij en op slechts anderhalve straat van de Surfside Beach Pier. Het ligt op loopafstand van restaurants, bars en een souvenirwinkel. Slechts een paar straten verderop kun je ook een plek vinden om te parasailen en een bananenboottocht maken. We hebben dit prachtige huis in het voorjaar van 2017 gerenoveerd. Renovaties omvatten een volledig nieuwe keuken, nieuwe vloeren in een groot deel van het huis en veel nieuwe meubels. In 2018 hebben we een nieuwe patio bij het zwembad geïnstalleerd en de oprit uitgebreid met twee extra parkeerplaatsen. Dit strandhuis heeft voor uw plezier een prachtig privézwembad van 12 x 18 inch in de grond. Het waterniveau is 3 voet in het ondiepe gedeelte en loopt af tot 5 voet in het diepe einde. NIEUW GEÏNSTALLEERD voor 2019, ons zwembad is nu verwarmd voor uw lente / herfst zwemplezier!

Onze goed ingerichte woning beschikt over een nieuwe 55 "HD Smart Television inclusief Netflix met Blu Ray DVD in de woonkamer, flat-panel tv's met Blu Ray smart dvd-spelers in elke slaapkamer. De woonkamer heeft een X-Box voor uw vermaak. In het uitgaanscentrum vindt u boeken, speelkaarten en andere spellen. * Gratis high speed internet inbegrepen.

De indeling van de slaapkamer / badkamer is als volgt: Op de eerste verdieping zijn er twee slaapkamers met elk een queensize bed. Deze twee slaapkamers delen een complete badkamer met handicap accommodaties. Op de tweede verdieping heeft de achterste slaapkamer twee queensize bedden met een complete badkamer. De middelste slaapkamer heeft twee aparte bedden met complete badkamer. De master bedroom suite heeft een kingsize bed met complete badkamer met een inloopdouche. Alle badkamers zijn voorzien van een föhn voor uw gemak.

We had an amazing time at Jenny’s place! The home was absolutely beautiful, updated and inviting, with a beach view. The pool was a total plus for our family gathering. Jenny was easy to work with, responded quickly, and allowed us to check in early. If you are looking for a beautiful, large open concept home for your next family gathering close to restaurants and the beach, this is the place for you! 10/10 recommend!

Fun 4th of July staying at Family Tides in Surfside Beach

Family Tides was the ideal vacation home for our extended family! The layout worked great for three generations (grandma, siblings w/ spouses, and our five 20-something kids). Appreciated the very well-stocked kitchen and extra amenities including use of beach chairs, cart and umbrella. The pool and two porches were lovely with tons of seating options. Super quick walk to the beach. Also very close walking distance to the pier and restaurants/bars. We enjoying longer morning walks up to Benjamin's for coffee and bagels. The general town vibe on the 4th was celebratory and family-oriented. Jenny was great to communicate with too!!

Has all you can ask for

Repeat customer and find this place has it all. The house accommodates all of us with ease and comfort. The location is second to none with all that is offered in the area. Just blocks from the beach, walk to stores and restaurants, as well as a municipal park blocks away with playground, pickleball and tennis courts. The real bonus is the heated inground pool.

Great Place for a vacation

Family of 6 enjoyed the beautiful home less than 200 steps from the beach (yes...my daughter counted). Well decorated and stocked with everything to make for a great week. The private pool was enjoyed by all as was the large deck on the main level for evening gatherings and chit chat. Walking distance to many restaurants and even a late night ice cream cone. And when you had enough of that the beds were very comfy to end the day. I would definately recommend to anyone looking to visit Surfside Beach.

We have stayed at this property the past several years! There is no need to look for any other property to spend our family vacation. Jennifer the owner is wonderful! From the initial booking to check in she has stayed in contact and made sure to let us know if needed she is always available during our stay with any questions. The house is maintained very well, clean and in an awesome location. The pool is nice size and great to have after a day at the beach just to lay on a raft and relax! We look forward to this vacation as a family every year and have complete confidence in the place we are staying at. Kitchen is nicely stocked! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms for the 8 of us. If your looking at this review, don’t hesitate to book the house you won’t be disappointed! This house was in a fantastic neighborhood very quiet but close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was a great size for kids. We had nine in our party and had plenty of space. Our host was available if we needed anything. This is a great choice for a relaxing vacation.

Great property

Property was fantastic and just as advertised. Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been easier due to just needing the code for the door. Not having to keep up with a key was one less worry as well. Our group was two families of four and we had plenty of room to dine together or spread out when the kids wanted to separate. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen was well stocked with us having to buy nothing other than charcoal for the grill. We brought our own beach chairs and umbrellas but those weren’t needed due to the owner having a storage bin in the garage with plenty of chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, and even a bike that one of the kids took for a ride one evening. The owner was extremely responsive to the one minor issue we did have with the garbage disposal not only responding quickly but having someone out the next day to fix it. Five stars for both the owner and the property. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our 2nd year of renting this home for our family vacation. The house is very nice and well kept! The pool is nice size and well kept as well. Best vacation ever!

We just spent our Fourth of July week at Family Tides, and could not have hoped for a better stay. Our family group of nine thoroughly enjoyed our time in the house, at the beach and by the pool. The accommodations were excellent, and Jennie, our host, was particularly helpful. After the deluge on July 4th flooded the pool, she personally came over to help restore it to working condition, and we never missed a beat during the rest of the week. I would unhesitatingly recommend this property for its convenient location, quality of the premises and ease of use from booking to end-of-stay.
