The Space:

Gorgeous loft style 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Eat in kitchen with nice deck to enjoy breakfast and coffee outside that overlooks the pool and grilling areas. Located in Surfside Beach's Golf Colony, you will be only 1.5 miles from the Surfside Beaches and nearby local attractions! For an adventurous stay, rent a gas powered golf cart and you can access the beaches in Surfside as well as some restaurants and shopping all via golf cart.



Guest Access:

You will have sole access to almost 1200 sf. of luxury space comfortable for up 5.



The Neighborhood:

Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so much the South Strand has to offer. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes! Getting Around:

Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren't charging stations.



Other Things to Note:

We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting our awesome super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more enjoyable (available through a link after your booking)!
