The Space:

Discover this stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with a unique loft-style layout. The eat-in kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the deck offers a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a meal, with views of the pool and grilling areas. The downstairs primary bedroom features a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, also accessible from the hallway. The upstairs loft-style bedroom boasts two queen beds and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Located in Surfside Beach's Golf Colony, this condo is just 1.5 miles from the beautiful Surfside Beaches and close to local attractions. Enhance your stay by renting a gas-powered golf cart for easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shops.



Guest Access:

You will have sole access to the apartment. The door is on a keypad and the code will be provided 48 hours prior to check in.



The Neighborhood:

Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so much the South Strand has to offer. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes! Getting Around:

Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren't charging stations.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.
