'Everything was great, and I had a smooth check-in. All the front desk agents were amazing.
Jacob, the night auditor, provided excellent customer service and made check-in seamless. Amanda was very pleasant and kind enough to hold my room after my flight delays, which I truly appreciated. Caleb was also very helpful this morning when I needed assistance warming something up.
Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and the excellent service I received.'

'Interesting but small room. It was clean and had a nice view. The location was perfect. It looks like there's a pretty decent full bar, which was the only reason I chose this place over others. But I was told the bartender called in sick, so they just never opened the bar for the night. The $15/day parking is kind of a scam unless you're there for special event as there's free parking 20 feet away on non-event days.'

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including
a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'
