'The owner of this lovely small hotel - really like a bed & breakfast - was waiting outside on her sidewalk bench when we pulled up. Beautiful quiet village in the gorgeous North France mountains, bicyclists and hikers everywhere, fresh food and delicious local bubbly wine (remember don't call it "champagne" if it's not from the Champagne region!). Very friendly. As traditional in France, they are very proud of their French language and don't particularly try to excel in "speaking English" but...

'We stayed here on a one night stopover when travelling to the alps from Antibes. Wow..! - super stylish and beautifully furnished with really helpful and friendly staff. Retro room but immaculate and comfortable. The restaurant was absolutely superb. We did a month long road trip in France this summer, and the dinner experience was easily our favourite of the trip. We were even invited into the kitchen to meet the fantastic staff..! Simply fantastic. Highly recommended.'

'I have stayed at many B&B brand hotels, this was the smallest, most outdated, but you know...it does the job still. Sleep and shower. Wifi and tv. What u need is there. Though no hairdryer. Handy that it is literally next to a mall where you can shop till you drop. And enough parking space at the hotel too.'

'Basic hotel, but recently renovated and in good condition, good shower and nice bed; and that is why I did select it Nice view on the church and Alpe HueZ'

'Be mindful that there is no TV which is fine for the fact that this is a relaxing and thoughtful retreat - the wifi isn't great but againn as above. There is also no air con just a fan - we were ok with this but it can get pretty hot! Beautifully presented rooms - really lovely stay and will be back for sure.'
