'I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were so friendly which added to the perfect environment. My room was very clean and perfectly positioned to catch the light in the morning. I had the most luxurious massage (thanks Stephanie) and I'm already planning my next visit.
The grounds are immaculate and I loved seeing the ducks in the moat.
Kris and Gemma were on the front desk. They were very attentive and appear to genuinely love there job.

'The location is amazing, please note there are some contruction/renovation works going on and there's multiple buildings where guests can stay. The room was really spacious and cozy with castle-like furniture. Great beds and linen. Bathroom very modern and stylish with marble-like tiles. We paid 90GBP for one night in a family room (3 persons) which is a great price. Free parking also available. Would definitely recommend!'

'The hotel was great, the people where amazing. The only thing was outside the hotel towards the busses, the train, the store centre it was dirty. A lot of stuff was laying around next to the roads and a lot of stuff that should have been in the trash can was laying around. I know that was not the hotel their fault but a maybe for the coverment there a few more trash cans wouldn't be a bad idea. '
