Per local ordinance, this home can accommodate up to 8 guests ages six and above, with space for 4 additional children under six. Ages must be confirmed prior to your stay.

This spacious lakefront home is a perfect Northern Michigan retreat for families and friends. It offers easy access to both Suttons Bay and Traverse City for dining and shopping, yet feels peaceful and private. Every room features stunning lake views, and the expansive front lawn leads to 110 feet of private beachfront.

The Space:
Security cameras are located outside for safety and guest peace of mind.

Guests can bring their own boat or rent one nearby. The property includes a private mooring and room to park a trailer. On the beach, there are two kayaks, one canoe, and one small rowboat stored on racks. The shed holds paddles and beach chairs, and a box on the beach contains life jackets and sand toys. Two adult bikes are available in the garage.

All waterfront amenities are available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Additional rental options for bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and boats are nearby. The home is disability friendly and measures 3,176 square feet.

Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to enjoy all areas of the house except for the room behind the double doors at the back of the garage, which is reserved for owner storage.

Beach chairs and tables are stored in the hut near the beach and are available for guest use. Please return them each evening to prevent damage or loss.

Two kayaks and three bikes, including one tandem, are available for guest use and stored in the garage. Please store them properly at the end of each day. Firewood for your use is also kept in the garage.

The Neighborhood:
This property is close to everything that makes Northern Michigan special. Downtown Suttons Bay is an easy walk or bike ride, just 1.4 miles away. The village offers excellent restaurants, unique shops, a public park, and a marina. The TART Trail passes through Suttons Bay and extends for more than 60 miles, ideal for biking, walking, and cross country skiing.

The home is located midway between Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, both only about 20 minutes away. Guests can enjoy championship golf courses, local wineries, microbreweries, and nearby ski resorts.

Other Things to Note:
All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Age verification will take place after booking confirmation.

A $144 damage waiver fee is required for each stay and provides accidental damage coverage up to $1,500. If damages exceed this amount or occur due to negligence or malicious intent, the management company may seek additional compensation.

A high chair and Pack n Play are provided. A non refundable credit card processing fee applies to all reservations. For stays of 14 days or longer, a mid stay cleaning is required. Mid stay cleanings are also available upon request for shorter stays.

The dock is available from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend and should only be used for 15 minute loading and unloading of passengers. A mooring ball just beyond the dock is available for securing your boat between outings. Winds and waves can increase quickly, so please use caution. There are no dock bumpers, and boaters are responsible for preventing damage during docking or mooring.
