'The Rolling Hills symbolizes luxury from the past, but fails to adapt to modern times. The hotel staff obeys to strict protocol of impeccable service, but to an extend that makes it very impersonal. The rooms are spacious, but lack simple things like phone chargers or even power sockets near the bed. The light switches are on the wall, which doesn't help either.
