This home is located in the beloved Waterfront Greens Community where there is access to many perks including tennis courts, and the par-3 golf-course only walking distance away. Upon entering the home, you are welcomed with stunning sleek yet modern mountain- style décor. Wake up feeling refreshed, put on a hot cup of coffee and head out onto the back deck to breathe in the fresh mountain air before starting your day. There are so many activities to do no matter the season! Rent a boat and spend the day on the lake or walk a short distance down to the lake and relax in the sun or splash in the water. On a cold day pack up for a day spent shredding the slopes or drive over to the Deep Creek Fun Zone and have some family fun playing arcade games. After a fun filled day head back to enjoy the many amenities the home has to offer! Take a dip in the indoor swimming pool or relax those muscles in the warm bubbles of the hot tub. There are a plethora of games throughout the home for a family game night including a pool table and arcade games. On a rainy day make sure to check out the home theater for a cozy movie night then head to the living room and sit in front of the warm gas fireplace. Christmas House

My family of 20 LOVED our stay at the Tippy Canoe. It was a great balance of being able to enjoy the house itself, with the indoor pool, theater room (we screened Taylor Swift's Eras tour!) and cozy, lodge like decor, as well as the other nearby activities, like the pickle ball courts, mini golf, nine hole golfing, and hiking at a nearby state park. The two dishwashers and fridges were key. Comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. My only suggestion would be to reduce the King Size beds and add a twin in some of the rooms, in order to provide more sleep spaces for people who don't wish to share beds. But it was a wonderful stay - highly recommend!
