Negatief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
This is the first time I have ever written a bad review for a hotel; but I think it is warranted for this particular hotel. First of all, I entered the lobby where I was told by an unfriendly receptionist to check in on my phone - even though I was standing right in front of her, and there were no other people in line or even in the lobby. The door to our room had splattered paint all over it. The room itself was dark and not comfortable. But it got worse. All night long, the toilet continued to run and even flush itself. The shower dripped endlessly, no matter how hard we tried to turn it all the way off. The water pressure was the worst I have ever had in a hotel. The bathroom sink was clogged, and it filled up with water that would take hours to drain. The view was abysmal. Then, on the day of our departure, I was awakened by a text from the hotel (yes, the hotel we were staying in!) to be asked when I was checking out. Then, requiring me to check out on my phone. Then...the app actually asked what tip I would like to add to my bill !!! LOL....tip -- the staff did NOTHING. It was awful.
