Property had good enough facilities , Air-conditioner not working working . Need to fix AC , also they have facilitated late arrival which is good . Reception and over the phone Staff was very nice . At-least for late arrivals they must accommodate extra 2 hours for free . Thry accomodated extra 30 mins only

Very convenient and walkable to Rosehill Race Course and. Close to dinning options ranging from fast food to nice restaurants. The three bed room suites were clean and large but old and worn. The two bedroom suites were newer probably had a renovation. Overall safe and convenient for shirt term stays

Great reception who were very helpful arranging appropriate parking for our mini bus. The place is overall tidy and great for what we needed. The location is perfect with short driving distance to Westfield Parramatta. Based on the friendly helpful staff and the location I would recommend staying here

Whilst the accommodation was fairly clean, I would NEVER pay $580 a night for this room - if I’m paying that much I expect extremely high quality furnishing and amenities (like aircon in the bedroom. It certainly lacks.

Nice property although a little tired. Quite close to main road which is quite noisey. Turned up from overseas 50 minutes early and tried to charge us A$20 for early check in. Also required a A$200 bond which wasn’t advertised. The stay was nice though so would recommend.

Very happy with the spacious room we stayed in. Extremely clean. The walls are quite thin, we could hear conversations from the unit next door throughout the night and the busy road at the bottom of the street was also noisy. The staff member on the front desk at check in was very nice and helpful.

Staff were great in staying back late to meet us from our delayed flight. Rooms smelt and showers had pubic and head hair in them. Kids got bitten by bed bugs in bed overnight. Apartment across from us partied all night and had randoms knocking on the door despite the no party rules. For what we paid it was a rip off!

Comfortable but needs modernisation
While there was nothing wrong with the hotel stay, there was nothing outstanding by about it either. The room felt cold, and there was no heater in the bedroom (just a fan that was wall mounted). On the positive side, the mattress was comfortable and the water pressure and temperature in the shower was lovely, a huge plus! Apparently there was an ability to get a continental breakfast pack, but no information in-room about how to access this. One of the concerns was the feeling of safety. The room I was allocated had no external light (even triggered by sensor) and was tucked away near a stairwell that was poorly lit. The only locking feature was a slide bolt across the door that felt very flimsy. A lot of investment needed to modernise the facilities, and increase safety features.

When I made the reservation the pictures of the department and room were amazing. However, when I arrived to the APX and did the check in, they gave me the worst department. Very dark department, without views at the bed area or balcony totally different what I pay for. I immediately when to the reception and asked for an exchange of room. They very kindly gave me a better department . Unfortunately I wasn’t able to sleep properly because the next room door made the most horrible noises at 5:00 am and I was woken up every single day of my stay there. Hope they solve that problem with the doors and views into the department. Anyway, it was my personal opinion to share so they can improve some things that costumer like me always are looking for; a quiet and calm place with a nice view to have a cup of coffee. Thank you anyway for the service.

Bins weren’t changed stuff was still in the fridge and chips were in the cupboard and we still haven’t gotten the bond back after 2 weeks after we left it in the sate it was in when we arrived
