Located about 20 minutes’ drive north of the Sydney CBD, Chatswood is a well-known business and residential neighbourhood centred around the Chatswood Interchange and Westfield Chatswood shopping centre. The property was in a great location. Difficult to locate key and access building. Room was dirty which was a surprise given COVID requirements. fingerprints all over kitchen doors, sink stained with tea/coffee. Lights over bench had grimy oily dust all over the. Floor needed a good vacuum. Bathroom sink had not been cleaned since last user. soap dispenser covered in old soap and dust. Shower rose unusable without being tied up as it kept falling back into the wall. Very disappointed.
