A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance for security. It records video at the entry only and does not capture activity inside the home.
A sensor in the living area monitors noise levels, temperature, and motion. It is not a camera or recording device and does not capture images or raw audio.

HOUSE RULES
No parties, gatherings, or events are permitted. Breaches may result in immediate cancellation.

In line with local short-term rental regulations, a valid government ID and completion of our check-in form are required before arrival. This information is handled securely for verification purposes only.
