The recent experience of staying at Holiday inn at Sydney was average, service from staff was not impressive, as I booked premium room but the T.v was not smart t.v, when I approached the staff to upgrade they told me that the whole hotel has the same old T.v which was quite shocking.Moreover house-keeping services wasn’t impressive as well three days in a room no vacuuming had been done in the room.
Breakfast was included which was great but no dine in option was available.
The surrounding area was quite nice , close to shops and transport facilities which was great.
