It was shockingly dirty and noisy for the price. No standing staff on the front desk. It was old and dangerous. This sort of inns should be out of service. It's a shame of Sydney and Australia. One word: Terrible. Don't go.

1. The costs were reasonable. The location was excellent for us. 3. Food was very acceptsble. 4. For our needs it was quite accetable. I would recommend it with some reservations. DC .

Jenny at the bar was absolutely wonderful. Made us feel welcome after a long trip and had an amazing night with the locals and free pool. Thankyou.

Very noisy- band was on until midnight under our room. Bathroom floor was dirty. Still cheap.

The property definitely catered to the locals. It had a bar, pub, keno, Sports bar, music venue, restaurant and some rooms. Unfortunately, I feel the effort was put into the nite life areas. As the room was subpar. Sheets were clean though.

I knew it was only 3 stars but a deluxe triple room really didn’t live up to its name

My room was not clean as the top bedding was dirty and the carpet was dirty and dusty. Toilet and shower had hairs on it so clearly not clean

This property is misrepresented by its photos. The carpet was very dirty, broken power points, the shower was dirty, the taps dripped and it was noisey. It was definitely not the price and we met other people staying there who were also disappointed with the rooms.

The photos and description of the rooms are misleading. The website says rooms were recently refurbished, this needs updating as is not reflective of the condition of the room. Also loud band in the hotel on the Thursday night

Property is very run down, dirty linen. They did have breakfast facilities available in the room which was welcomed.

Very Central. Close to shops.
Very clean with crispy fresh sheets/towels. Outdated furniture and room, but it was comfortable. The bar below is friendly and bistro has great food. The parking is out front and bit awkward parking, but you get used to it. The room comes with breakfast,.which is convenient.

It’s nice just for a place to crash for the night nothing more. Staff were friendly and always greeted you. Check in and out was great. Room doors should be checked. They are often hard to open/close and lock. You should be able to lock the door without using the key

The rooms are very old and could do with a face lift,air conditioning didn’t really work, would not like to be there on a hot day/ night. The meals downstairs where pretty good staff were great.

Hornsby Inn
The rooms are your standard pub accommodation (quite dated) but are clean and comfortable. Location is excellent and very handy to restaurants, shopping and public transport. The staff member checking me in was friendly and affable. A continental breakfast (cereal & toast) was provided, which you prepare in the room.
