Overall decent for my little family. A shame there is not much to walk to. You will need to drive. Food in the restaurant needs updating. Room is clean and reason size.

It was nice away frim the city, but my friends house is out that way so needed accommodation North, I would stay there again. No lifts so need to carry your bag up stairs. Good coffee. Birds a cute and welcoming.

We stayed here for one night. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was excellent. I had the big breakfast, one of the best breakfasts that I have had in Australia, my partner had the eggs benefict which was also very good. Compliments to the breakfast chef.

Very happy with the room. The renovations created a clean and tidy room with attached bathroom. Service good during 2 day stay. Wonderful sulfur crested cockatoos came to meet and greet as well. Only negative was the quality of main menu food at attached restaurant. Chicken served was inadequately cooked in terms of red meat. The waiter on duty however went out of his way to address our concerns and this gives this venue a boost in ratings.

Adequate and welcome after long-haul flight. Paid extra for early check-in, but Disappointed that coffee bar closed at 10.30am, so had to go out to petrol station for a drink ,however, meal later was very good.

Decent little spot, mainly based on “value”. Guest WiFi internet is shocking, and not even able to watch streaming services on my devices nor cast. Constant network drops. Restaurant food was ok. Would have been nice to feel more welcomed by staff. Room was a good size, and overall clean but felt dated considering there was meant to be a recent update renovation.

Scenic Stay with a Checkout Hiccup
The view from the hotel was truly spectacular, and the room was comfortable and well-appointed. My main issue arose during the morning of check-out. The designated check-out time was at 10 am, and initially, everything seemed fine. At around 9:30 am, a staff member from the reception knocked on our door, inquiring about our check-out plans. We responded positively, confirming our intention to check out. However, the second knock came a bit too soon and was more intrusive. Despite us clearly indicating that we were in the process of getting ready, the staff member used their key to open the door without waiting for us to fully respond. This was quite disconcerting, especially as my wife was in the process of changing. When questioned about our check-out intentions for the second time, we again confirmed our plans. It was only later, when I checked the time, that I realized it was only 9:51 am – well before the official check-out time. Upon reaching the reception at 9:59 am, I expressed my disappointment to the staff member who had opened our door prematurely. I suggested that a more considerate approach would be to call the room to inquire about check-out plans, especially when it's well before the official check-out time. The staff member justified their actions by stating it was already 10:02 am, which left me confused and somewhat frustrated. While the location and amenities of the hotel are fantastic, the incident with the receptionist certainly dampened the overall experi

A motel pricing as hotel with extra charge
It is actually a motel but prices as a hotel. It shows office opens until 9pm while they closed around 7:20pm. I asked for an hour late check out at 11am instead of 10am because it is always acceptable for other hotels without extra charge however this motel asked for $10 extra. It seems that they only want to make money rather than customer satisfaction. Not a pleasure experience.

I’d like to start off by saying the room was absolutely beautiful and the only reason we rated the staff a two was simply because of the one manager, everyone else we came into contact with was absolutely lovely and deserves the praise. We arrived slightly too early for check at about 12.30 ish, (check in at 2) my partner asked if the room was ready and he very abruptly said yes it was ready but we have to pay extra to be allowed in now, I normally would expect this anyway however the way he came across was very hostile and seemed like he didn’t like us too much? We said that was absolutely fine we will just sit around and wait with all of our suitcases (two very large suitcases and a small one as well and 2 back packs) in the only waiting area they had in the restaurant. It would have been nice of them to offer us to just be let into the room since we had just come a long journey and had so much stuff with us and it really wouldn’t have changed anything on their side if they let us in earlier, it just would have made us feel a lot more welcome than the manger did to say the least. I asked for some change for the drying machine and the entire conversation was just him expecting me to know that the one I was trying to use was a brand new one and not plugged into the back, how would I have known? He rudely shoved the change into my hand and didn’t say a word, I was shocked at how he had actually treated me. It was incredibly rude and I would never stay again.

Modern, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, right on highway - which is both good and bad. Road noise not a problem at all in our room. Nice area but no parks or playgrounds nearby for kids. Definitely recommend.

The resturant was great the food was very nice with great service. The rooms were spacious and modern. The down side was the limited parking if you arrive late and when staying on the top floor theres no lift to get heavy luggage up.
