Het hotel ligt ver verwijderd van de luchthaven en niet die jullie aangeven 19 km.Het ligt bijna 35 km van de luchthaven, als je een taxi neemt ben je kwijt AU$ 150,00 .Dus deze hotel niet boeken qua taxi,liever in het centrum boeken ben je kwijt AU$ 40,00.Het hotel ligt in een zaken- en industrie gebied.

The staff very helpful and well mannered. I didn’t try the breakfast bar but the cafe bar and menu was convenient. Parking is extra; the first time I have ever had to pay for parking that is separate from accommodation. Also the carpark is some distance away so if you have a lot of luggage, it is not so convenient. I had to attend the nearby Macquarie University Hospital and otherwise I would never pay almost the almost $350 per night that I paid. If you can get a room much cheaper and an earlier booking, then the hotel has value. I was told that as the rooms become scarcer, the price increases. Something I have also never encountered before. So good value at $225- $250 per night but not for the amount I had to pay.

I have stayed at many Accor properties and this one is not up to standard. It is very tired and for the price I was disappointed with the state of our room - broken tiles, peeling laminate, dirty bathroom vents and more. The doors don't have soft closing and we were woken up several times during the night with doors slamming. For the price of over $200, I was expecting better facilities. The walk through the fire door from the car park was dirty!I travel to Sydney every week on business and will not choose to stay here again. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The reception staff were lovely.
I stayed two nights and didn’t receive any room cleaning I would have like garbage removed.
It was a basic hotel near the hospital, but no pool etc which I thought made the price a bit steep.
