Loved our stay here and was able to get 2x rooms next to each other. The rooms were perfect for what we needed. Roomy, clean, modern and affordable. Even coffee pods in the tea and coffee section!! Haven't got anything to criticise, except you need to keep the bathroom door shut to decrease the traffic noise. I will be back next time!

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was filthy and stunk to high hell! The bed was gross. The bathroom was the WORST. The TV didn’t work. I will say though, the team that worked here were lively.

スタッフはとても親切で、心地の良い接客でした。お部屋の中は清潔感があり不満はないのですが、アメニティ(歯ブラシ、スリッパ、グラス等)の用意が一切なかった点と、ドアが薄すぎて外の音が全て聞こえてしまうところが難点です。廊下の物音や話し声、隣の部屋のドアの開閉音、工事音、エレベーター音、すべて聞こえます。物音がしていても気にせず眠れる人は、問題ないと思います。

3泊しました。最高のロケーションでタウンホール駅もウールワースも近くてとても便利でした。屋上のプールを見に行きましたがなぜか見つかりませんでした。帰りに空港に行くのにUberをホテル前を指定して呼びましたが、ホテルの真ん前は一時停車もできないゾーンだったため、Uberの運転手さんに怒られてしまいました。Uberを呼ぶときはホテルの目の前のバス通りでなく、脇道に入った所などを指定しないとダメみたいです。 タウンホールのウールワースは毎晩0時まで営業しており、毎日朝食を地下で買ったり、お土産のTimTamやペットボトルの水を一階で沢山買って荷物が重くてもホテルが近くて助かりました。

I booked this for end of a cruise for a nice night before going home to perth. We paid approx $480 . When we got to our room it was much smaller and older than the pictures online. The pool is on the roof and looks like it needs to be resealed. No chairs around it as on top floor. Extremely noisy you can here everything from the outside cars, ambulance ect. Walls very thin could here people in hallways which are less than a meter wide. Well you could tolerate all of that but then at 7 am a jack hammer started sounded like above our room which was vibrating and the noise was so bad we checked out at 8 am. The front counter team were not interested and state they new nothing about the noise. Very disappointing so basically no sleep and and totally waste of money. I would never stay here again

Second time in a row booking this place with the hope of some imptovements compared to the bad experience we had the first time. After 4 years we had the same issue with room mot being ready to check in. Was told we need to wait 10 mins for the room to be ready as the guests are having late check out. We waited 10 mins and noticed couple of other guests were told the same. We only got the room after 50 minuts delays. Very disappointing service, we even asked if we coupd talk to the manager , no management on site. Super oweful experience, wont be booking this place again and not recommend at all.

This place was cool. Friendly staff, good location, awesome rooftop pool. The price is also very competitive. Will definitely stay again.
