Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience but rest assured this will never happen again. The cleaner that was assigned to the property had to go in an emergency leave that day that's why the house was in a very bad shape when you got in. We have fixed the powerbox's door and is now in a safe condition. The picture mounts were also fixed and is now put back to it's right place. The filthy mirrors we have been wiped off clean as well as the freezer. A plumber was hired to fix the dripping toilet and is now functioning well. We also acknowledged the fact you have been trying to fix this by calling us but it's simply just a challenge for us to get another cleaner/gardener to come to your aide. I hope you put this in consideration as the house in it's "normal" state does not deserve a 1 star rating. Thank you!
