Dit hotel gekozen voor het gemaak en de ligging op de route naar de blue mountains. Het heeft goede gratis was faciliteiten en de kamer is ruim.

Goed hotel mdern schoon en goede voorzieningen complete keuken in de kamers. Op Goede Vrijdag en 1e paasdag werd de kamer niet opgeruimd ivm algemeen vrije dagen

The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. While the breakfast was a but limited the kitchen staff were very friendly and hospitable too. The area has every fast food outlet you can imagine. Not great if you want healthy food. There is an IGA a short walk butt it's very small and limited. There is a train station a short walk away. It was convenient for our needs.

The location was convenient and reception staff were nice, but the stay was bad. The initial reservation allowed me to include our 8 year old son as the room could have three people. I booked it and requested a roll away bed. The property called and said they were unable to provide a roll away and I'd need to upgrade to a 1 bedroom to accommodate an extra bed for him. We declined and were permitted to bring a blow up mattress for him. On arrival, our reservation was over $100 more than the Expedia rate. The property advised they'd upgraded up to a 1 bedroom apt for free, but charging an extra $50 per night for the sofa bed. We were told this was not an option when reserving so had brought an air mattress for our son and asked the reservation be changed back to what we had booked, and the property did this. Once in the room, we realised we'd forgotten a blanket for our son. There were no spare blankets in the cupboard so we rang and asked for an extra blanket in the room, reception called back and advised there were no spare blankets in the entire property. Considering someone may accidentally spill something and need a spare blanket, that seems ridiculous. They provided a sheet and a bed topper in place of an extra blanket. We had to buy one the next day so he was able to sleep properly on the second night of our stay. We were really worried surprised to have this experience when the property advises there 4 star. There should at least be a spare blanket available to guests!

On your booking platform of choice, the room type you selected informs you that no additional bedding can be added into the apartment (sofa bed + rollaway). Any child that is added are assumed to stay in the bed existing bedding. In saying that, because your blow up mattress is not the responsibility of the property. The night you had booked with us, we were fortunate to be sitting at 100% occupancy, meaning all beds were made + the rollway's and sofa beds for guest who had booked and paid for it. Typically the property charges fee's for bedding sheets that is not included in the booking, but I can see here that our lovely staff member waived these costs.We are sorry that this was not a great experience however we would highly recommend thoroughly reading the booking descriptions on any platform before going ahead. Pretty good place to stay if visiting Sydney for a few days. It's close to most of the major areas via car and public transport options not too far from the hotel.

Staff made the stay so good. From late check in support to help changing rooms and then fabulous breakfast service made our stay enjoyable. Super accommodating with pets which is very hard to find in Sydney!

Check in was easy and staff were friendly, Our unit stunk of cigarette smoke which seemed strange for a non smoking hotel. Our reservation was also supposed to include breakfast, which was not honered by the hotel as they said Expedia did not include it in the booking. We wouldn't stay here again

Its was a good stay. Comfortable but the cooking utensils was abit old, some rusted and the bathroom water leaked from the shower. Besides that it was a good stay and the staff was nice.
