echt alles is geweldig aan dit hotel , de locatie het personeel de kamer de lounge waar werkelijk niks maar dan ook niks teveel was. Het personeel daar was super ! Hapjes en drankjes waren gratis en ontzettend lekker .

The property had newly opened after renovation and I don’t think they are quite ready. The garden area is completely dug up and the restaurant is not available. A make shift breakfast buffet area is using part of the ballroom. The food was well cooked but an order of eggs Benedict came on an English muffin with just a small slice of salmon and a drizzle of hollandaise. Not really 5 star. Once all the renovations are complete and the musty smell in the hallways and the rooms is dealt with might be worth another look. Staff are very nice and extremely helpful.

The stay was good. The property is dated but it was clean and walking distance to shops. Not a lot of food options nearby but it’s not a far walk from other places. Make sure you make reservations for dining. It also did not have a litttle shop for snacks, etc. or a cafe for coffee.

Loved my stay at the Sofitel. Staff were amazing. Room was perfect. Had a small balcony that you could stand out on. The bed was so comfortable! Slept so well. Dining options were brilliant. Easy walk to the botanical gardens and circular quay.

Still Classy
Whilst the old Sofitel may have lost some of its shine the old class remains. From the first Bonjour at check in, to the last from the concierge as you leave. The hotel is conveniently situated in the business end of town but there is convenient access to the Quay , Wynyard and Martin Place stations and the George Street Light rail and the CBD shopping precinct.

We stayed for business and had parties fly in from around the world. The business center is terrible with one small printer that does not work. The business support services are terrible and not worth considering. The club lounge is dated and crowded and not helpful for meetings. The lift services are worse than terrible with average wait in the morning exceeding 10 minutes. I will never stay here again!

조식빼고는 좋습니다.
방 시설은 낡았지만 로비나 청소서비스 등은 좋습니다. 아쉽다면 조식인데 조식 때 주문하지않은 커피가 나오거나 계란이 잘못 요리되어 나왔습니다. 다른 손님은 커피가 안나와서 직접 가지고 왔다고 하더라구요. 피곤해서 편하게 먹으려고 갔던 것인데 아침식사는 그냥 호텔 밖에서 하시는 걸 추천합니다.

Bar and food service excellent… room very dated … didn’t top up bathroom items… no water in the fridge… ordered room service late at night not realising there is never water in the fridge . Very noisy the 3 nights from guest in room above… more staff for reception
