Sydney Harbour Views with Pool and Gym

BUILDING NOISE AS BALCONIES ARE BEING REFURBISHED*. No Work / Noise On Weekends.

Scaffolding will be going up on our side of the building (in front of the balcony) from 17th June as part of scheduled building maintenance works.

The scaffolding is expected to remain in place for approximately 40 weeks. While the works are being carried out, you won't be able to access the balcony.

From the balcony you'll be surrounded by water and see the most outstanding views of Sydney Harbour Bridge, Sydney CBD and Lavender Bay. A massive balcony seats 6 around the outdoor dining suite as you gaze at the harbour and twinkling lights of the city and Harbour Bridge.



The Space:

This stylish apartment features new furnishings throughout, designed for both comfort and convenience.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, and full-size refrigerator, along with all essential cookware, crockery, and glassware. A Nespresso machine is also provided.



The living area is thoughtfully furnished with a sofa, velvet armchairs, and a marble dining table with seating for four, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. A dedicated study nook includes a desk and monitor, making it easy to work remotely.



In the bedroom, you’ll find a spacious wardrobe with ample storage and hangers, as well as a Frame TV with access to Netflix and Disney+.



The apartment is perfectly positioned for enjoying Sydney’s iconic events, including New Year’s Eve fireworks and the Vivid Festival.



Guests also have access to building amenities, including a heated lap pool and a fully equipped gym. Secure underground parking for up to two cars is available, conveniently located next to lifts with direct access to the apartment.



Check-in is available between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm.



The location offers excellent transport links, just a 2-minute walk to Milsons Point Station and a 3-minute walk to Milsons Point Ferry Wharf, both only one stop from the city centre.



Guest Access:

Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Access to all of the apartment. Including the pool



The Neighborhood:

Milsons Point has a village atmosphere in one of Sydney's most desirable suburbs. Positioned right next door to Luna Park and on the harbour it's a hard spot to beat.



Getting Around:

A 5 minute walk to Milsons Point train and ferry station and only 1 stop to the city.

The apartment offers two parking spots in the garage.



Other Things to Note:

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.



The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.



Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.



There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.



Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.



Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.
