Not the greatest City hotel
We stayed 4 days. The location is good. Several busses (f.i. to center Sydney) stop in front of hotel, restaurant and coffeshops next door. The night life activities are nearby, despite this the hotelstreet is quiet. The staff is helpfull, there are computers to surf the internet for free available. Free Wifi in the room. The (standard)room was extreme small, hardly room for suitcases, modest room for clothes and a very small bathroom but a good shower. The room smelled a bit, three little windows with building view. At night there was a cockroach in the bathroom, which we found very unpleasant. We told the staff and they said they would look at it. I didn't hear what they did about it. Although the price was definitely not high for a room in Sydney, there should be better information about the extreme small room you get. For claustofobic people the standard room is definitely a nono.

Only location is great. Staff not friendly at all . We asked for cleaning room, when we back still many places dirty. Anyway if you only looking for cheap. It's can be your hotel.

Super affordable hotel in fantastic location. Incredibly friendly staff. King rooms are spacious with lovely leafy outlook. Beds are comfortable too.

The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. We had booked the Kind suite, but the room was dated, although the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a sliding door which was a little precarious. the noise form outside is typical with the location. Overall a comfortable stay.

We like the location walkable to everything what needed to do and we need to see. Hotel could used microwaved and safety box in the rooms . Microwave in the lobby could be useful as well. Staff are nice and friendly. House keeping they are working really hard maybe they are short of staffing. There are days that we did not get our room clean so I had to go down to the front desk to get toilet paper and towels it happened twice out of 14 nights stay’s.
