The Space:

This beautifully renovated apartment has been thoughtfully designed and professionally styled to reflect a relaxed coastal lifestyle, just moments from Bronte Beach. Step outside and enjoy direct access via a private gated pathway leading straight down to Bronte Beach. Perfect for morning swims, coastal walks, and café visits.



The light-filled living and dining area offers a comfortable space to unwind, with a calm, beach-inspired aesthetic throughout.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, electric cooktop, oven and Smeg coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals or enjoy a slow morning coffee before heading out.



The main bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and wardrobe, while the second bedroom includes a double bed. Please note this second bedroom is smaller in size and accessed via the main bedroom, with no separate entrance.



The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests, however the layout is best suited to up to 3 adults, or 2 adults with with 2 small children sharing the double bed, making it ideal for families, couples or close friends.



For larger groups, the neighbouring apartments: The Drift & The Tide are available to book together. Positioned side by side and connected by a private foyer, they offer the ideal setup for families or friends travelling together. Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy full access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.



Self check-in is available via a secure lockbox, with access details and the code provided prior to arrival for a smooth and flexible check-in experience.



The key provides access to the main building entrance, the apartment, and the private side gate leading to the pathway down to Bronte Beach.



Other Things to Note:

Wi-Fi Access

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. While we do our best to ensure reliable service, occasional outages or slow speeds may occur due to factors beyond our control. Guests who require uninterrupted or high-speed internet for work or other critical needs are encouraged to make alternative arrangements (such as a personal hotspot) during their stay.



Strict No Party Policy

The apartment is located in a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise and neighbours during their stay.



Parking

Parking in the area is limited, particularly on weekends and during peak periods.



Check-In, Check-Out & Luggage

We aim to provide a smooth and comfortable experience for all guests, and appreciate your understanding of the following:

* Standard check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am.

* Early check-in from 12pm or late check-out until 12pm may be available depending on existing bookings and our cleaning schedule, and must be arranged in advance.



Please note:

* We are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out.

* Check-in earlier than 12pm or late check-out beyond 12pm will incur a $200 fee and must be arranged prior to your arrival, as it impacts availability of the calendar.



IMPORTANT:



Guest Verification & Security Requirement:

To help protect our home and provide a safe experience for all guests, we use a secure third-party guest verification system.



After your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a link to complete a quick ID verification before check-in.



As part of this process, you'll be asked to choose one of the following:

A $60 non-refundable Damage Waiver, providing up to $500 of accidental damage protection during your stay, or

A $500 refundable Security Deposit Hold, which is released after checkout if no damage is reported.



This is a standard process used by many professionally managed holiday homes and hotels. Your check-in instructions will be provided once verification has been successfully completed.
