'The hotel was perfect and appreciate the upgrade. Wish I had booked 2 nights. Had brunch at the lobby bar but they never placed my order. Finally one attendant sorted it all out when he found out, and in the end didn’t charge me for the meal. Kind of a downer because there’s a lot of spots that people can dine at so more attention needed for training here and having staff that care because your houseguests give you priority over the neighboring eateries. 'Excellent hotel - all staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and super clean. Pool area is awesome and so was the buffet breakfast. '

'Staff were so helpful when we requested an earlier check in to get ready for a function. Front desk staff could not have been nicer. Pool is the highlight at night, although certain lifts mean you have to walk through the crowded restaurant and bar in your togs .. so wear a duster or similar. Room was super clean and we loved that they didn't use disposable toiletries. '

'We love the location and the cleanliness. Check in time a bit crowded, the staff mentioned a complimentary gift which was a nice surprise but I didn’t receive anything until check out. '

'Brsibane is great. Although the hotel is in the centre somehow it manged to be somewhere where there is absolutly nothing. But don't worry, within 10-15 minutes walk you are in all the goo places or with Lime or uber. Go to South Bank (little stanley street) or city beach, or the Cliffs boardwalk for good food or Fortitude valley for nightlife ;)'
